A little help to get you started.
How do I post an advertisement?
Create an account, choose Post an ad, select the category and location, and add accurate details and clear photos. Your submission is reviewed before it appears publicly.
How many free posts do I get?
The current allowance is 5 free submissions per account. It is a lifetime allowance, not a limit on active listings. Removing or expiring an ad does not restore used free posts.
When does my listing expire?
The default duration is 15 days from approval or renewal. Your exact expiry appears in My Ads. Administrators may adjust an individual expiry date.
How do extra posts and renewals work?
After your free allowance, each new submission needs an unlock. Every expired-ad renewal also requires an unlock. Rewarded advertisements are not available yet; administrator-issued unlocks can be used while this feature is being prepared.
How do I contact a seller?
Sign in, open an advertisement and choose Chat with seller. The Messages menu shows unread messages and your conversation history. You can also use the phone number in Contact seller. Notifications are currently inside BIKLO, rather than email or mobile push notifications.
